To Surrender or not to Surrender?

dandelion

Coming up on the 26th February, we have a powerful solar eclipse (new moon).  The sun is joined by the Moon, Mercury, the South Node,  Neptune and widely by Chiron … all in Pisces. That’s a whole lot of water right there!

Solar Eclipses always indicate major endings, in order to usher in the new. This is  especially true when they happen in Pisces. Being the last sign of the zodiac, this signals that the end of the astrological year is nigh.  This one is connected to the Pisces  Solar eclipse in March 2015, so  there might very well be a connection, if you think back to that time.

Pisces is a dual water sign  (two fish swimming in opposite directions) and relates to the dreamworld, imagination,  intuition, surrender, Divine Connection and all things mystical. However, it is also associated with  delusion, illusion, addiction and  self-sabotage. It shows us where we let ourselves down, over and  over again, where we still consider ourselves to be victims and where we’re waiting for somebody else to come in and rescue us.

If this eclipse involved only a batch of planets in Pisces, I would expand on that, but it’s really not that simple.  Bringing all that  water to the boil , we also  have a major pattern in the sky, formed by Mars (masculine, goals, ambitions, ego drives) in fiery Aries ( the  warrior)  at the same degree as Uranus,  the planet of radical change and liberation; square  transformational Pluto and opposite expansive Jupiter.

So in English now… this combination of energy says – “What do you desire?  Where do you want to go?  How are you going to get there?  It’s time to push yourself forward, take no prisoners!  Don’t be a woes! Make those changes now and  get things moving!.”

So… what do we do with that?

Push forward or surrender?

I’ve just read a very interesting book called The Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer.  He has made a life-long  commitment to release his personal preferences, and surrender to the bigger “plan” for his life. The story that emerges is very  interesting,  because every single time he relinquishes his ego drive,  something bigger and better than he ever could have imagined, opens up for him.

However, I have to admit, even though this resonated with me on one level, there was and still is, a voice inside my head  that pops up to say…. “But what happens to MY dreams, MY needs, MY purpose… if I surrender entirely to the flow???”

I’ve been mulling over this for a while and have yet to come up with anything definitive, but it does bring to mind  the first  time I ever rode a horse in the wild. It was at NIGHT, a moonless night at that and we were heading down into a valley in the middle of Zululand.  At one point, early on  in the ride,   I could see absolutely nothing. Let me tell you, my ego was freaking out. Every part of me wanted to take control of that horse, or get off and walk.  My body was stiff, I was scared and hanging on for dear life. A friend (experienced at riding in the dark) advised me to soften my body and give my horse a very long rein so that he would be able to smell and sense his way along.

This was completely counter- intuitive, because all  I wanted to do was tighten the reins and hang on with all my might. However,  due to the fact that I didn’t actually know anything about riding, and  had no idea of how to get to where we were going,  I had no option but to take his advice.  All I needed to do was to stay on the horse and keep my head down, to avoid being de-eyed by unseen branches!

The amazing thing was the  more I surrendered my control and put my faith in this  incredibly intuitive being, the more I realised that I could trust him to lead me to where I needed to go, which he did… and flawlessly at that, never even faltering once.  Along the way, on the straight sections, we cantered, wind in our hair…nothing but the sound of horses hooves on the ground and the occasional “Yeehaa!” from the likes of me and my fellow rookies.  I remember closing my eyes at one point and letting my steed do what horses do, without any interference from me at all. I felt completely connected to  him, to the evening, to the earth, the sky, the stars… the whole caboodle.

By trusting and surrendering to something bigger, I had one of the most exhilarating, liberating experiences of my life … and I reached the destination, but in an entirely different way to how I would have planned it. If I reflect on it, whenever   I have surrendered to the flow, I have been supported!

I  guess there is a midpoint somewhere between our  ego drives and surrender.  Perhaps this eclipse asks us to find it. What if we show up, wholeheartedly… get on the horse, head in the basic direction and then let go of the reins a little?  What if we are kinder, gentler, less cruel, less rigid… softer… towards ourselves and others?  What if we are able to relax and trust that we really are not alone in all  this and that there might be an even bigger, more delicious  plan in store for us than the one we’ve imagined ?

As Rumi says, “Life is a balance between holding on and letting go” … perhaps it’s  a dance between making it happen and allowing it happen.

Please see my newsletter or email me for details about my “Art of Surrender” workshops in March.

Lifelight Astrology Update 9 February

Lunar Eclipse 11th February – It’s a biggie!

rainbow-kitten

Hi everybody. Here’s a heads-up on the first eclipse of the year, which happens on the 11th February. This is a lunar eclipse, or a multi-coloured full moon on steroids! It will be followed by a Solar Eclipse (new moon) on the 26th February.

An eclipse represents a gateway, an opportunity, an opening… as well as a time when whatever has been going on beneath the surface, tends to rise up to the surface!  Being a full moon, the focus is likely to be on relationships – those with the people in our lives, as well as with our money, our bodies, our homes etc. The degree of the eclipse is at 22 degrees Leo and Aquarius, so look at the houses that it straddles to find out where it’s likely to play out in your chart.

The good news is that due to the way the planets are aligning around this eclipse, there is a real potential to clear and shift old patterns and obstacles!

The sun is in airy AQUARIUS  (which represents individuality, originality and quirkiness) The moon is in multi-coloured LEO, which represents creativity, joy, warmth and fun.  Together they form a mystic rectangle with Jupiter (the planet of expansion and opportunity) and Uranus (the planet of conscious collective change and liberation).

(Now you know why I posted the pic of the Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitten!)

And that’s not all! They form a  GRAND FIRE TRINE and not one, but  two kites – a stunning combination of air and fire energy that provides a gateway to inspiration, enthusiasm, opportunity and change.

Have a look at this chart and try to sense  the energy of the rectangle, the big blue  triangle and the 2 kites. The blue lines symbolise easy flowing energy, the red  lines represent polarities or tension.  How does it feel to you?

lunar-eclipse-chart

This eclipse has a big upside. It’s a beautiful invitation to connect with and express our TRUE COLOURS  in all their glory– our inner sun, our heart, our creative life source (Leo) and then allow our unique expression to shine out and ripple out into the world (Aquarius).

There’s a whole lot of good, positive energy around, but we also need to be aware that all the planets involved are ALL  in fire and air signs – that’s a lot of of masculine energy right there!  When I personally feel into the energy, it seems exciting, quickening, almost urgent! There’s lots of inspiration (fire), an abundance  of ideas (air) and plenty of busy-ness!

One small note of caution. We need to remember that air fans fire and that runaway fires can destroy everything in sight!

So…

it would be  good…

to remember to…

PAUSE

in between different activities over the next few weeks. Stop, take a few breaths before we start the next activity or engage with the next idea!

Try it… It really does work!

If we’re able to find our still-point in the midst of all the movement, there’s an excellent chance that we can use the energy of this eclipse to shift, resolve and clear old redundant issues!

If there is a situation or issue that you don’t know how to resolve, try sitting quietly for a  few moments. Connect to your breath and then gently place the situation inside your heart. Send send light and love into it, breathe out and surrender it upwards and outwards.

Then be  on the lookout  for unexpected aha moments, ideas, downloads,  inspirations and  new answers to old problems. They WILL come in if we are open enough. We simply need to show up in our true  multi-coloured presence!

If you haven’t already booked, I still have space on my Rainbow Healing Workshop on 25th February. Its the perfect time to be shifting and clearing and healing!

TRUE COLOURS (Lovely version here)

You with the sad eyes
Don’t be discouraged
Oh I realize
It’s hard to take courage
In a world full of people
You can lose sight of it all
And the darkness inside you
Can make you feel so small

But I see your true colours
Shining through
I see your true colours
And that’s why I love you
So don’t be afraid to let them show
Your true colours
True colours are beautiful
Like a rainbow

Show me a smile then
Don’t be unhappy, can’t remember
When I last saw you laughing
If this world makes you crazy
And you’ve taken all you can bear
You call me up
Because you know I’ll be there

And I’ll see your true colours
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that’s why I love you
So don’t be afraid to let them show
Your true colors
True colors are beautiful
Like a rainbow

In life and light, with a few rainbow butterfly unicorn chickens thrown in !

Lifelight Astrology 26 January 2017

barbed

IT’S TIME TO BREAK FREE!

On the 28th January, we have a new moon in freedom-loving Aquarius, which  officially ushers in the year of the Fire Rooster. If you’ve been feeling tired and jaded and  that you’re still in transition between 2015 and 2016, this might explain why.

New moons always indicate the end of one cycle and the beginning of a new one, a time to reassess, let go and welcome in the new.

This new moon lies at the midpoint between Venus and Saturn, who are in an exact square to each other right now. This can bring to the fore  issues, concerns and fears around money, security and/or relationships. There may be a feeling of needing more than you have, or feeling burdened, tired or stuck in any of these areas.

Let’s investigate this a little further.

SATURN

Saturn is often viewed as a stern, finger-wagging father figure, who lectures us on where we seem to be failing  and gives advice about what we could be doing better. He can issue strict curfews and make us feel incapable, lazy, limited and generally “not good enough”.

However, it all depends on how we perceive him

Old Cronos is currently travelling through the expansive, optimistic sign of Sagittarius and although the two are unlikely bedfellows, when we combine their energy, we find the wise teacher, who provides us with challenges and tests, in order to help us stretch past our existing limitations and mature into our next level of being.

VENUS

Venus  represents  one aspect of the feminine and is all about relationships, love, money, self-worth, security and value.  She is currently swimming through Pisces, along with Mars – which brings us tenderness, imagination, intuition, creativity, compassion, sensitivity and vulnerability. The lover within us longs for depth of connection, which can be hard to define and satisfy. The shadow part of her journey through Pisces is  evasion, slipperiness, addiction, escapism and victimisation.

SATURN VENUS SQUARE

When these energies are blended together, we are presented with the opportunity to look at :

  • The challenges/ limitations/ fears that may arise around our attitudes and beliefs about money, security and/or love
  • Where we are evasive, addicted, non-committal, deluded or victimised
  • Where we are too hard or merciless on ourselves
  • How we can embrace the creative, intuitive, vulnerable sides of ourselves with a deeper level of maturity and understanding

NEW MOON IN AQUARIUS

The New Moon in Aquarius steps in here to  assist us in detaching enough so as to see things from a different perspective.  When we can lift ourselves out of the quagmire of our issues and put ourselves into the role of the compassionate observer,  we are able to clearly  see what’s actually going on and what we can do about it.

This new moon energy is revolutionary, rebellious and maverick. It refuses to conform to the status quo or to ancient paradigms, patterns and limitations. It dares us to stand up for what we truly believe in and unravel the ropes that bind us.

However, In order for us to stand up for ourselves and initiate change, we need to first understand what our perceived limitations are.

ELEPHANTS

When  elephants live in captivity, they’re tied to trees (sob)  with  strong ropes every night. Because it’s their nature to be free,  baby elephants will continually try to break away, until they realise that it’s futile , give up and resign themselves to staying put.

The interesting thing is that they are fully grown, even though they have the power to totally uproot the tree, they will not even attempt to break free. This is because their perception, which was set in place while they were babies, is that they cannot escape.

AND US?

Well, we all have illusory boundaries, fears and limitations, which were created in the past.

However, we also have the ability to see them and set ourselves free.

I see the energies of the moment as providing us with a chance to see, connect with and acknowledge  (Aquarius) the perceived limitations, insecurities, fears that bind us so tightly.  We can then  connect with the wise teacher (Saturn) and the gentle loving Feminine  (Venus) who live inside us and gently start to break the bonds that tie us so tightly and realign with our true state, which is unfettered and free.

Also on the day of the new moon,  Mars (the masculine)  moves out of Pisces and into Aries. Venus joins him on the 4th February.  This fiery energy could bring some volatility (or passion) in relationships, but also has the potential to catapult us forward into the year.

What IF?

What IF?

LIFELIGHT ASTROLOGY 28th NOVEMBER 2016

Well, we’ve finally gurgled our way through the raging rivers of Scorpio… whew…!  Now now hopefully we can put our heads up and take a nice big expansive breath of fresh air with the New Moon in Sagittarius on  29th November.  The archer fires his invigorating arrows and calls us to lighten up a little.

I’ve been musing about this New moon and what I’m going to write for a few days now  and I just couldn’t  bring myself to go into anything serious. I have no desire to write about slowing down, being healthy, connecting with our emotions, going deep, transforming, transmuting… or saving the planet.

Perhaps it’s because this new moon is activating my Sagittarian moon (which has been a little soggy of late) , or maybe it’s due to the heaviness and seriousness  that has surrounded us for the past few months. Or it could be because I’m just a little soul tired, if not a tad jaded… Its probably a combination of all three.

Whatever the reason, today I’m going to focus on the largess, the generosity, the expansion, the truth of  Jupiter…. the ruler of this new moon.

When I think of Jupiter, I think of the laughing Buddha, I think of breaking bread with friends at a table laden with delicious food, flowers and wine, jesters, clowns, magic, travelling to exciting new places, being outrageous, feeling the wind in your hair, diving into an ocean, riding a horse in the countryside,  turning up the music and dancing as if  nobody’s watching,  relishing the smell of freshly baked bread, newly ground coffee, picking some flowers, biting into a strawberry, soaking in a bath filled with bubbles  – I think of LIVING, growing and expanding.

A  while ago I wrote in my journal…” What if…. there is nothing else I have to achieve… nobody I have to please, nothing I have to do any better or any more perfectly… What if… I was complete right now… if I could accept and embrace myself as I am … this moment?”

What if?

When I read those words, I feel expansive. I feel relieved. I feel light. I feel free.

The reality is that when we do manage to let go of the need to control and scheme and analyse, even for short periods, we actually rewire our brains and redesign our physiology. So …when we’re having fun or relaxing, we’re actually healing ourselves and our lives.

I remember listening to a talk I listened to by Deepak Chopra, where he said that when you’re in ecstasy, you create millions of dollars of Interluken 2, which cures dire diseases like Cancer!

When last did you experience ecstasy … or joy… or something close to it?

How can you connect with that again?

So… how about it?

What if, this week and this month, you allowed yourself to embrace the expansive playful  child-like you (even for short periods)  and  released yourself from the prison of  responsibilities, concerns and burdens occasionally?  What if you embraced your quirky side? What if you bestowed upon yourself the luxury of spending some time doing the things or having the experiences that gave you a sense of freedom and joy?

This is my invitation to you this  month – and if it works, maybe for EVER.

I’d love you to share the fun adventures you have, big and small with me on my Facebook page. Let’s inspire each other.

I’m running my Wrap it up Workshop on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th of December, so be sure not to miss the opportunity of celebrating and completing the year. If you’re not on my Newsletter list, email me for details.

LIFELIGHT ASTROLOGY 13TH OCTOBER

lightning-moon

SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL

Are you ready to be catapulted out of the old and into the new?  Well the full moon on Saturday night/ Sunday (16th October) might help you do just that!

First of all, it’s a Super Moon, which means that it’s closer to the earth, bigger and a lot more potent than usual!

The moon is in fiery, independent, assertive, potentially war-like Aries  and is opposed by the Sun, Mercury and Jupiter in Libra.

That’s quite a polarity right there. Aries is about me… my life, my needs, my goals,  my ego, my independence. Libra is about you/ the other… it’s about relationships of all kinds; keeping the peace; justice; balance, co-operation and money!.

But here’s the kicker… the moon is closely joined (and the sun  opposed by)  rebellious, revolutionary, rule-breaker Uranus, which makes  this a  “thunder and lightning” type of full moon.  Uranus arrives unexpectedly,  just like lightning, with a large dose of the dramatic, jolting us out of any sluggishness, paralysis or boredom… shaking, rattling and rolling our cages, in order to break down old barriers and initiate radical change.

This full moon will light up exactly what we feel is limiting us or standing in the way of our independence or our personal freedom (Aries), as well as what’s really going on with our money and our relationships (Libra) It will illuminate in technicolour what we just aren’t prepared to tolerate any more and what needs to shift.

This full moon is a harbinger of change, which could be stressful, uncomfortable and possibly a little dangerous

AND/ OR

If you like a bit of excitement and are ready to embrace change, you might find it exhilarating. She brings with her flashes of intuition, along with some highly charged energy to help blow those cobwebs away and get things moving!

More news is that Pluto and Mars  in Capricorn (which are squaring the Libra contingent)  are  moving in for a close dance, which challenges power structures of all kinds. This  is likely to be  accompanied by tensions in communications and even more skeletons emerging from  even more governmental closets.

When I was reflecting on what to write about today, the word “Equanimity” popped into my head.  Definition –  “calmness and composure, especially in a difficult situation.

Life is challenging for many of us right now, so I think Equanimity is a good  Libran quality to connect with. IF or when you are triggered by something or someone, try stepping away, breathing and counting to  ten or twenty or a hundred…. before launching into defense or attack. Ask yourself one simple question. Is it  worth going to war!  Sometimes it is, but we always have the choice.

The other word that comes up is  “surrender”. When we’ve done all we can do , sometimes we just need to let it be, do our best to stay in the present moment and wait it out.

Lifelight Astrology July 2016

heart wave

July gets off to a swimming start with a new moon in watery Cancer on 4th July, accompanied by Venus and Mercury, all forming a beautiful flowing aspect to Neptune in Pisces… fluid, imaginative, gentle, connected to all that is!  But… but there’s more…. Pluto, King of the Underworld is opposing this bunch too, adding some drama , depth and intensity to the picture.

So… grab your snorkel and get ready for some deep sea diving in the month ahead, punctuated by some blissful, creative, in-the-moment inspired drifting. In astrology, water represents emotions, feelings, gut instincts and intuition. Cancer is the sign of mothering, nurturing, family and home. More importantly, the sign of the crab is about SECURITY.

Neptune in Pisces is gently coaxing us to find our security and stability from a deeper, more eternal source… to acknowledge the connection, magic and mystery that exists amongst all things and to trust it !

Imagine drifting along on your back in a turquoise sea… gentle  sun on your face, soft nourishing water caressing your body… not a care in the world. You feel safe, held, nurtured, comfortable and connected to all that is… Bliss!

And then…. cue music…. The sky darkens a little, as a cloud passes over the sun and the air grows suddenly chilly. Before you know it, something grabs you by the ankle and pulls you under the water. This would be Pluto, who’s been cruising around like a sea monster, looking for some company, wanting to take you on a deeper exploration of your psyche.

For a few moments you’re completely disorientated, possibly fearing that you might never re-surface. After kicking and screaming and struggling with all your might, you realise that it’s not doing any good and that you might indeed drown if you continue. So, you decide to surrender and allow him to lead you into the nooks and crannies of your unconscious, coming up for a breath of  air every now and then. Even though the water has changed, it’s still the same ocean and you’re still being held.

Pluto in Capricorn represents the security we get from external sources – our jobs, homes, status, as well as those big, hefty, governmental structures, bosses, authority figures,  institutions and banking systems. With all that’s been going on globally, it’s pretty clear that things are changing on our planet and will never be the same again. That which we have always depended on to provide us with our security is in a constant state of flux and change, whether we like it or not.

Many of us are  asking…What will become of us?  What if we can’t earn the money we need to earn to support ourselves and our families? What if we can’t keep ourselves safe?  Or, for the very rich – what if we lose the wealth we’ve built?  I don’t think there’s anyone who isn’t feeling this on some level.

This month we’re being asked to really look at where we find our sense of security and stability from in this constantly changing world.

What is it that constitutes security for you? Is it your money, your job,  business, love partner, family,  group of friends,  home?

Here’s it comes – the Sea monster ….Grab that snorkel…

What if every single thing that you’ve always though provides you with security were to leave your life or change completely… what then?

Who would you be, without  the things you own, without the people who love you, without your job, your title, your home?

Who or what is it that lies beyond or beneath all of that?

Difficult questions, I know, but each of us needs to find those answers for ourselves. Neptune is at hand to encourage us to find the stability we search for within ourselves and through our eternal connection to Source. We’re encouraged to tune in, listen to our dreams and notice the signs that guide us to the centre of the storm and they are surely there, if we pay attention!

With all this Cancerian energy, I see this as a very good time to work with those needy little children that reside within each one of us and to re-parent ourselves on every level. We need to be very present and attentive to the fears and old conditioned beliefs that arise this month, as if we were dealing with frightened children…. Because we are?

If your children or nieces and nephews came to you and said,  “I’m really scared”, what would you say to them?  How would you nurture them? How would you support them?

Whatever you would say to them or do for them, do the same for yourself.

During July and August I’ll be facilitating four workshops to connect with, nourish and celebrate our inner children. In July we will meet and re-envision our 0 – 7 selves and in August our 7 to 18 selves. This is probably the most important work we can do on this journey of the Soul, so come and play for the day!  See here or email me for details

Above all this month, allow the water this month to cleanse, soften and nourish you.

Take time to really connect with what nurtures you and makes you feel safe. It could be going into meditation, painting a picture, getting together with your special tribe and having a beautiful comforting meal, or perhaps running a hot bath, lying on the ground, allowing Mother Earth to hold you, or sitting quietly with a cup of tea and just connecting with the bigger you… the eternal you, the soulful you… the you that will be here  long after Brexit and Trump and Malema and all the stuff of the world as we know it.

Lifelight Astrology Update 19th June

BLUE MOON AND WINTER SOLSTICE ON THE SAME DAY

Blue moon

Well folks, we have a real bona fide “Once in a blue moon” coming up on the 20th June. Not only is it the second full moon in Sagittarius within a month (see my post on 21st May for details of the first one) but it falls only one hour before the Sun moves into Cancer, heralding the Winter Solstice ( in the southern hemisphere that is )

This is the first time this has happened in 70 years, so it’s got a batch of sky watchers out there into a gleeful flurry.  For us astrologers, this combination of the Winter solstice and the Full moon in the sign of the archer, certainly brings with it the theme of opposites, as well as  a quiver of truth and meaning seeking arrows, as we ask –

” What is the meaning of it all?”  and “Is what I believe to be true, really true?”

Full moon shines bold and beautiful in the night sky – exposed, full and expressive. She always illuminates relationships – those we have with others, as well as with ourselves, our  thoughts and our beliefs about anything.

The Winter Solstice on the other hand is quiet and soulful, bringing the urge to retreat ot even  hibernate a little and then, from that silent  alone place, ask the big questions.  By taking shelter from the relentlessness of life,  the full  moon is able to shine her light on the questions which we ask.

To add more spice to this important moon, we also have another grand cross ( see my last blog for details) . This time, Mercury, the ruler of communication is involved. The fleet footed messenger opposes Saturn, invoking serious mindful thought or despondency/ depression. Jupiter and Neptune then form a square to this axis.

I’d like to explore the slow moving Saturn Neptune square a bit, because it’s  been around since November 2015 and will stay in our heavens  until September this year. It really is the transit of the year.

Firstly, Saturn is in Sagittarius and Neptune is in Pisces, both mutable signs, connected to our quest for truth, meaning, belonging and spiritual connection …  so there’s a bit of a  common  theme there.

But that’s where the similarity ends!

The two (a little like the introverted winter solstice versus the  extroverted beautiful big bold full moon) could not be more different.

Saturn in Sagittarius is the teacher, who insists that we go after our goals in a systematic, pragmatic , mature way. He just adores spreadsheets, schedules and boundaries, and wants us to be  disciplined, hard- working and, focussed on the future.

And Neptune in Pisces? Well….Our  king of the ocean would much rather  lie back in a hammock with a glass of wine  and contemplate the insides of his eyelids –  not apparently  achieving very much. He’s into dreaming beautiful dreams, connecting with the Divine, escaping the harshness,  drifting along in the present moment,  maybe strumming the ukulele, or dancing with the pixies. He finds Saturn crushingly boring with all his demands and Saturn in turn,  finds Neptune hazy, lazy and irresponsible.

And never the twain shall meet – but… like all relationships, we are challenged to  find common ground between the two.

We all have both these archetypes active within us right now and usually, one lands up winning, depending on our predispositions, upbringing and of course our natal charts. We might find ourselves feeling more or less unable to move forward, wanting to escape and  tune out reality completely , or we  may perhaps swing the other way , driving ourselves  relentlessly up the damn mountain.

A more helpful  way to deal with squares is to find a bridge, a centre point between the two energies.

So… whichever way the pendulum has been swinging for you, ask yourself what you need to do to bring it back to the centre. What is your medicine?

If you feel  as if you’re lost at sea without a paddle, perhaps you need to call on wise old Father Time (Saturn) to help you put some boundaries and routines in place … make some lists even !

If, on the other hand, you’ve been overdoing it, burning the candle at both ends, slogging up the never ending mountain, then maybe some time strumming the ukulele  in the hammock might not be a bad idea after all.

Above all, over this  full moon and for the next few weeks, remember to keep sending those truth seeking arrows into the centre of your soul – to find out what’s really true for you now! Don’t forget, as  we each expand our perspectives and upgrade our beliefs, we are actively helping the rest of the planet to do so as well.

In July and August, as the Sun moves through Cancer and Leo,  we will be working with the theme of re-envisioning our infancy, early childhood and our teenage years in my Art & Soul Workshops. Please email me for details.
