HONOURING THE FEMININE

We kick this year off Astrologically with an intense, super sensitive, feminine Full Moon in Cancer on 12th  January, AND all the planets have turned direct!  Leading up to, during and after the Full Moon, it’s highly likely that emotions could run high. Full moons  always highlight the polarities that exist within us and in our relationships, bringing to the surface that which has been hiding in the dark. .. and this is a big one!

Involved  with this Full moon, are  Pluto the plumber and planet of intense transformation who is travelling close to the Sun in responsible Capricorn, the Moon in sensitive, nurturing Cancer; both of which are squared by Uranus ( planet of change) and Jupiter (planet of expansion) .  This forms a giant Grand Cross in the Sky, which has the potential of cracking open and breaking through the armour that we may have erected around our hearts, in our striving to move forward. The full moon is also in a flowing trine formation to a group of planets in Pisces (a feminine sign). These include the wounded healer Chiron, Neptune, Mars and Venus, so its a very fertile time for feeling and healing on all levels.

As we all hurtle up our respective responsibility-laden, goal-driven mountains,  ensuring that we’re earning enough money, working as hard as we can, taking care of everybody else, perhaps burning the candle at both ends,  there’s a huge  tendency to close off our hearts, block off our emotions and become desensitised to what’s actually  going on inside and around us .

This full moon sets the scene for us to really start to honour and respect the softer, more vulnerable parts of ourselves, because only when we’re able to do so, can we respect and honour the same in others.

Meryl Streep recently made a powerful heart wrenching speech when she received her award at the Golden Globes.   There has been some controversy about it, but for me, Streep ( a Cancerian)  epitomises the mature woman, who despite her huge success, has kept her heart open and therein lies her immense talent and power.

She quotes

Disrespect invites disrespect.

Violence incites violence.

Take your broken heart.

Make it into Art.

Most of us are scared stiff of allowing our hearts to be broken open. It feels much easier to  build walls around them. We witness something horrifying.  We turn away. We continue to trudge up the mountain. We become immune!

The problem is that when we block out the difficult feelings, we also block out the good ones.  Repress, ignore or numb pain and we start to flat-line, as  feelings of love and joy can’t flow freely either.

crack-in-everything

This full moon and for the next few weeks, see if you can  surrender to the feelings that arise  (because  they will).  Feel.  Breathe. Soften. Allow.  If you try it – you’ll notice that the difficult  emotions pass  much quicker when we don’t suppress them and they are also less likely to  emerge later as  explosions or illness or depression.

This grand cross is likely to bring some of  our exiled shadow bits out of hiding. This could result in people projecting their issues onto you, so,  when interacting with others in the next few days, take long, deep, calming breaths before you react.

As our own emotional reactions (Cancer) become less spiky and more considered (Capricorn), our interactions with others become smoother as well.

The message of this full moon is about  embracing and expanding the mature mother within us , men and women alike. Rather than expecting and waiting for someone else to provide us with what we need, we’re being asked to learn to give it to ourselves. But… before we can do that, we have to connect with what we need.

If it’s normal for you to put everybody else’s needs before yours, this is the time to start turning that around. There really is nothing noble about ignoring our feelings and our needs and not taking care of ourselves. All that happens when we do, is that they go underground, only to reappear in a different form, when we least expect it.

If, like many of us, you’re not particularly adept at nurturing yourself, commit (Capricorn) to doing something nurturing (Cancer) for yourself every single day, until it becomes a habit.  Its like watering a plant daily. Do it with love and tenderness and the plant will flourish and grow.  This will look different for us all. It could be something as simple as massaging cream (gently and tenderly) into your skin, quietly sipping a steaming cup of something, languishing in a hot foamy bath or cooking yourself some comfort food.

If each of us brings more softness, more gentlenesss into our lives, it magnifies out into the world and brings about change at a level we cannot even comprehend.

“The planet does not need more successful people. The planet desperately needs more peacemakers, healers restorers, story tellers and lovers of all kinds”.

These are the words of the Dalai Lama, who like Madiba,  is a Cancerian – real men, who have integrated their Mature Feminine. This is what the world needs now.

Lifelight Astrology 13th December 16

untitled

As the end of yet another  year draws to a close and we find ourselves immersed in the silly season,  let’s take a few moments to consider the year and all it held, before we go scuttling off on another journey around that golden sun of ours.

The full moon in the early hours of the morning on 14th December  in Gemini, provides just such an opportunity. This is normally a  light-hearted, busy,  communicative, optimistic full moon – much like this time of the year is on the surface, with all the bells and gifts and  fairy lights and  Christmas cheer. But this year, Saturn is joining the party and adding a dose of seriousness to the mix . I do think its good to bear in mind that for many people, who might be experiencing loss, illness or struggle,  this can be the hardest and loneliest time of the year. In the next few weeks, as we count down to the end of the year, not only is Saturn travelling close to the Sun, but Mercury, the planet of communication is in Capricorn (the sign ruled by Saturn). The communicator will go retrograde on the 21st  and is hanging out with Pluto, the plumber of the Zodiac.

This can play out in a number of different ways.

Old Chronos (Saturn) can be a real party pooper, a finger-wagging, stern,  parental voice, taking up residence in our heads. He can tell us, in no uncertain terms what we’ve done wrong, how little we’ve achieved, where we’re failing in our lives  and what losers we are.

Or, he can be more of a kind-hearted parent, who has our best interests at heart and helps us to enter into a dialogue with ourselves and others,  to assess and COMPLETE the year, with a good solid dose of maturity, sprinkled with tenderness.

I’m seeing this truth seeking, communicative full moon and the weeks leading up to the new moon, on the 29th December, as a brilliant time to do this. We are being presented with just the right energy to GENTLY reassess the year,  look at the blessings, the challenges, the wins and the losses and to excavate the  GOLD!

Here are some questions that might help get you started:

  • What changed for you this year?
  • Describe  your challenges
  • Describe your wins
  • What do feel you accomplished?
  • What do you feel you didn’t accomplish?
  • Who were the most important people in your life this year?
  • Was there anybody new who arrived in your life?
  • Was there anybody who left your life?
  • Describe the sadnesses
  • Describe the joys
  • What have you  discovered about yourself this year?
  • If you could sum 2017 up in one word, what would it be?

Use these questions as a guideline, but add to them. If you like, play with images, or collages, or doodles.

As the moon wanes for the next few weeks, clear, declutter and let go of whatever you don’t need, so you can start afresh in 2017.

I still have a a couple of places left on my WRAP IT UP workshops this  Saturday or Sunday and have dates lined up for the VISION BOARD WORKSHOPS in JANUARY. Check out my newsletter or email me for details. .

If you haven’t yet done so, you might want to book an astrology session for the New Year to see what’s in store astrologically for you in 2017.

Lifelight Astrology November 2016

river-pic

A RIVER RUNS THROUGH

Painting and words by Michelle McClunan

One of the up-sides to writing these newsletters is that I get to stop the outer noise of my life and ponder things more deeply and intensely than usual…deep and intense both being characteristics of Scorpio, which is our theme for November.

There’s a huge focus on the water element over the next few weeks, starting with an intense, transformational, but healing  New Moon on the 31st October. Mercury joins the sun and the moon in Scorpio and the trio form a flowing aspect to mystical, mysterious Neptune in Pisces.

Water… water… everywhere… can you feel it?

How does the water element relate to us personally ? It represents feelings, emotions, sensitivity, compassion, empathy, flow, nurturing, connection to all that is, purification, cleaning, clearing, power, tenacity. If  water isn’t channelled, it can be overwhelming, scary and unpredictable and of course, it can lead to destruction.

Picture the life of a river in your mind’s eye. Starting off as a little spring, full of potential, it grows into a stream and then might become a happy babbling brook. With each big rain, the stream may swell, until it becomes a raging river… a powerful, ambitious  force,  flowing with an intensity that will burst its banks, should they be too narrow to contain it. The river tenaciously, carves its way through the landscape, moving huge boulders, trees or anything else in its way. At other times, this very same river might almost completely dry up or stop and become stagnant, until the next rains arrive.

The river is never ever the same, not even for a moment. It will encounter obstacles, but will almost always find a way under, through  or around them.  The interesting thing about water is that it changes state but it never dies.

Much like us!

Sometimes the river might get dammed up by us humans, so as to keep it all in one place. Imagine you as a happy babbling little river, trundling along over the rocks… flowing… free to be. Suddenly you meet a wall and there seems to be no way of getting through it. Feel what that feels like in your body. Now imagine the sluice gates opening, so the river can flow again. How does that feel?

When I look at the astrology of the next few weeks, it feels to me that the new moon and her flowing aspects to Neptune, are opening the sluice gates, as it were, giving us the opportunity to clear what we need to clear, release the pressure and get back into the flow.

Perhaps you’ve been experiencing water issues lately…flooding, mud, geysers bursting, pipes getting blocked or drying up. Or… you might have issues with your body’s plumbing system?   Any of these could suggest that your ”water might be out of whack”

If you feel like your banks are bursting, you may find that you’ve dammed up some old emotions that now need to be felt and released. If you feel stagnant, you might need to shine a light on the nooks and crannies of your body, mind and soul, to see if there’s anything there that might be  making you toxic. If you feel dry, stagnant or uninspired, you might need some nourishing – time out, creative expression, long hot baths, or you might need to drink more water – to get the flow going again.

If you need some help with navigating your waters, book an ASTROLOGY, COACHING or PROCESS ART session with me – or join me on one of the RIVER OF LIFE WORKSHOPS in November. Email me for details.

Back to the New Moon and the Astrology for November.

With Mercury involved with this new moon, we have the opportunity of reaching a deeper level of understanding about the way we communication, thoughts and our core belief systems.

We also have Venus (the planet of love and money) in a close dance with Saturn in Sagittarius.  This can mean that we feel limited financially or that relationships  feels restrictive. And/or it can mean that we have an opportunity to bring maturity and stability to our relationships  with others and our money.

The last few months have been really, really difficult for many. Our planet and our country is in crisis. It almost feels like we are reaching some kind of a tipping point. Many of us have been feeling really anxious, irritated or flat out pissed off of late, with a sort of impending doom permeating the atmosphere (especially last week).

Another theme that’s been coming up often is the underlying fear that we might be missing or have already missed, the boat in our lives. If it’s any consolation… you can’t miss the boat, because you’re already on it!

The best thing we can all do during these times is to stay on the boat, with as much presence as possible, and use the navigational equipment we have at our disposal to help us stay in the flow and steer our way through the fog. If we resist the flow of the river, or try and go upstream, there’s a good chance we will feel like we are unravelling.

Our feelings and intuition are our navigational equipment, so when we ignore  them, there’s a good chance we might drift off course for a while.

The new moon, through its contact with Neptune is suggesting that there is an opening to really connect with our intuition and to unseen realms as well.

Pause, breathe, connect with your body, let whatever arises to just be,  soften, breathe, flow with it, breathe again… Take time to connect to Source, / The Divine / Your guides/ Your Ancestors/ the Angelic Realm and  ask for help. I don’t know about you, but I sometimes forget to ask.

After you’ve made your request,  let it go and pay attention to  your dreams, to symbols and signs, chance meetings and sudden intuitive flashes or knowings. Don’t chase them down – let them come out of the mist.

LIFELIGHT ASTROLOGY 13TH OCTOBER

lightning-moon

SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL

Are you ready to be catapulted out of the old and into the new?  Well the full moon on Saturday night/ Sunday (16th October) might help you do just that!

First of all, it’s a Super Moon, which means that it’s closer to the earth, bigger and a lot more potent than usual!

The moon is in fiery, independent, assertive, potentially war-like Aries  and is opposed by the Sun, Mercury and Jupiter in Libra.

That’s quite a polarity right there. Aries is about me… my life, my needs, my goals,  my ego, my independence. Libra is about you/ the other… it’s about relationships of all kinds; keeping the peace; justice; balance, co-operation and money!.

But here’s the kicker… the moon is closely joined (and the sun  opposed by)  rebellious, revolutionary, rule-breaker Uranus, which makes  this a  “thunder and lightning” type of full moon.  Uranus arrives unexpectedly,  just like lightning, with a large dose of the dramatic, jolting us out of any sluggishness, paralysis or boredom… shaking, rattling and rolling our cages, in order to break down old barriers and initiate radical change.

This full moon will light up exactly what we feel is limiting us or standing in the way of our independence or our personal freedom (Aries), as well as what’s really going on with our money and our relationships (Libra) It will illuminate in technicolour what we just aren’t prepared to tolerate any more and what needs to shift.

This full moon is a harbinger of change, which could be stressful, uncomfortable and possibly a little dangerous

AND/ OR

If you like a bit of excitement and are ready to embrace change, you might find it exhilarating. She brings with her flashes of intuition, along with some highly charged energy to help blow those cobwebs away and get things moving!

More news is that Pluto and Mars  in Capricorn (which are squaring the Libra contingent)  are  moving in for a close dance, which challenges power structures of all kinds. This  is likely to be  accompanied by tensions in communications and even more skeletons emerging from  even more governmental closets.

When I was reflecting on what to write about today, the word “Equanimity” popped into my head.  Definition –  “calmness and composure, especially in a difficult situation.

Life is challenging for many of us right now, so I think Equanimity is a good  Libran quality to connect with. IF or when you are triggered by something or someone, try stepping away, breathing and counting to  ten or twenty or a hundred…. before launching into defense or attack. Ask yourself one simple question. Is it  worth going to war!  Sometimes it is, but we always have the choice.

The other word that comes up is  “surrender”. When we’ve done all we can do , sometimes we just need to let it be, do our best to stay in the present moment and wait it out.

NEW MOON IN LIBRA 1st OCTOBER

libra-scales-and-sword

BALANCING ACT

October kicks off with a NEW MOON in Libra, in the wee small hours of the morning on Saturday, in the Southern Hemisphere (up north, it happens on 30th September) . This  moon has  expansive, optimistic Jupiter along-side it, continuing the theme I wrote about last week in my Equinox post. As many of you may know, Jupiter expands whatever it touches. When it touches something good, that expands and when it touches something not so good… well… then there will be more of that!

Even though this looks like a purely lucky, expansive ,harmonious  New Moon at first glance (and it is), there is another side to it.

This one sets the scene for a bit of a balancing act for the next few weeks.  Some of you (if you’re old enough) might remember using scales with weights at school. You put a couple on one side and then had to adjust and re-adjust, until you got  them to balance perfectly…. adding a few, taking a few away. That’s what Libra  is actually about… adjusting until you find the balance. It doesn’t just magically happen… unfortunately.

Picture this on this new moon – on one end  of the scale, we have a peaceful, happy, pleasing little bunch,  consisting of Jupiter, the Sun and the Moon, providing us with the opportunity  of bringing more peace, love, harmony, balance and money into our lives.

On the other side, (in a square to the peace party) we have assertive, ambitious, sometimes war-like  Mars in  Capricorn AND  Pluto, the plumber of the psyche. Did you ever, when you were a child link arms with your mates and walk through the school yard singing “We walk straight, so you’d better get out the way” Well, maybe not, but I remember it vividly!   This is what Mars and Pluto in Capricorn remind me of?  I am driven to move forward/upward and nobody is going to stop me! This is obviously in stark contrast to the pleasing bunch in Libra!

This duo certainly is not going to let us get away with being too airy fairy or idealistic. They’re intensely focused on getting to the bottom of our relationships – those we have with others, our homes, our finances and ourselves. They will urge us to drill down and bring to the surface wherever we’re being inauthentic or  our lives are out of whack.

These are good questions to ask this new moon

  • Am I standing at the centre point of my life or am I allowing myself to be jostled about by others?.
  • Am I giving too much… or too little to the significant people in our live?
  • Am I co-operating in a spirit of unity or just being a push-over?
  • Where am I pleasing others to the detriment of my own goals and dreams?
  • Where and how are others being mirrors to me?

This is a good time to negotiate what we need in our relationships, so grab your “person” by the hand, go somewhere beautiful  and have a good heart-to-heart.

There’s magic in the air. You never know what might happen….

LIFELIGHT ASTROLOGY 14TH SEPTEMBER

LIFELIGHT ASTROLOGY 14TH SEPTEMBER

War or Peace

There are some strong themes in the heavens right now,  which suggest  that positive change is afoot.

LUNAR ECLIPSE

On Friday 16th September, we will have a lunar eclipse, following on from the solar eclipse on the 1st September. It’s a bit like we’re in the birth canal, where something new is about to be born, but we still need a few more hefty pushes.

A lunar eclipse happens  when the moon (feminine) is eclipsed by the Sun (Masculine). With this one, the sun is still in organised (male) Virgo, while the moon is in  (feminine) oceanic, free-flowing Pisces. But there’s more… our lunar lady is  swimming  gill-to- gill with Chiron the wounded healer and kick boxing with Mars in Sagittarius.

So… what this means in English, is that this Eclipse  is rather a wing dinger, where old wounds (and anger)  around male domination of women could be triggered. If you read deeper into this… it also means the triggering of anger within us, particularly if we honour  the masculine over the feminine, paying more attention to what we’re achieving, to the intellect, than to our inner workings.

When I feel into the energy of the eclipse, it reminds me a little of a  pressure cooker, which we need to keep an eye on, lest that pressure rise to a point where the lid pops right off!

Leading up to, during and after this eclipse, give yourself permission to process any residual or obvious irritation or anger and find a way of letting off some steam.  Anger often rises when the masculine and feminine  within us are polarised… when we’re not listening to our inner voices, when we’re disconnected from our souls.

We’re being urged right now in a big way, to really listen to what our bodies our telling us (Virgo), to connect with the feminine emotions that are simmering underneath the surface (Pisces) and to intuitively (rather than intellectually)  move towards our goals (Mars in Sagittarius).

…which  leads me to the next big planetary happening:

Drum roll please!

JUPITER HAS JUST ENTERED LIBRA

For the past year, Jupiter the planet of growth and expansion has been travelling through earthy grounded Virgo, along with the North Node of the moon. The energy of Jupiter is expansive, curious, optimistic and enthusiastic. It wants to travel, grow, learn, enjoy life and shoot its arrows towards the stars. When it’s in Virgo, it feels a tad boxed in to say the least.  During the last year, many of us have realised that the big bold creative ideas we had when Jupiter was in Leo (July 2014 to August 2015)    require routine and dedication and that Rome really wasn’t built in a day… Damn!  The  saying “Chop wood, carry water”  comes to mind. Necessary, but not entirely easy.

This is all rather humbling and very often, at this point, the “dreams” are put in the bottom drawer, as we feel overwhelmed, incompetent or incapable of moving forward with them.

And now, our planet of expansion has finally moved into peace-loving, beauty seeking, social, relationship-orientated  Libra. …it’s a bit like a breath of fresh air, which we will probably start to feel after the eclipse.  It will hopefully bring some lightness to the mix and in the next year, we should see growth, expansion and opportunities  in the Venusian areas of life –  love,  money, creativity, art, relationships, social contact, beauty, peace. … Yes Please!

Where ever Libra sits in your birth chart is where you can expect this kind of growth and opportunity.  If you think back to 12 years ago, when Jupiter was was last in Libra, you might get an idea of what’s in store for the next year.

Historically,  Jupiter moving into Libra has often come hand in hand with peace initiatives and lucrative trade agreements. World War II ended days after Libra entered Libra in 1945. On other occasions, according to astrologers specialising in that kind of thing,  the Oslo accord and the Strategic Arms Treaty were signed and SA abandoned it’s Nuclear Weapons programme. Let’s all hold the hope that there will be more of the same in the year to come.

Jupiter’s move also coincides with the ending of the heavy Saturn Neptune square which has had us all in its grip this year. So, here’s hoping the veil starts to lift a bit and that some clarity begins to peak out from behind those  Neptunian Clouds, so we can begin to birth the new.

Check out my new workshops in September and October, when we will be working with these themes. Email me for details if you’re not on my newsletter list.

LIFELIGHT ASTROLOGY 1ST SEPTEMBER

LIFELIGHT ASTROLOGY 1ST SEPTEMBER

Ring of Fire – Solar Eclipse

By Michelle McClunan

The first day of Spring (in the Southern Hemisphere) is ushered in by a burning ring of fire, an annular solar eclipse. This is, in essence a super charged new moon, which has far reaching effects. The Moon is positioned in between the Earth and the Sun, almost but not entirely blocking out it’s light, so as to create  a  corona or a ring of fire. Apparently  it will be visible in Central Africa . However, whether we see it or not,  we will definitely feel its effects.

Solar Eclipse.jpg

Here is an example of what a Solar eclipse looks like in action!

What does it mean?

Before I explain what I think it means, close your eyes for a few seconds and feel the energy of it and what it might mean to you.

There are many myths and superstitions around Solar Eclipses and throughout history, they’ve  been both feared and revered. In some cultures, they are still seen as bad omens, as the sun disappears from the sky or the cosmic light “goes out”. This is the first of two eclipses this month, which could be an interesting one on all fronts – politically, economically and climatically, with dire weather being rather widely predicted.

Symbolically, a Solar Eclipses can be seen as the  masculine (Sun) being eclipsed / vanquished by the Feminine (moon).   Eclipses are also seen as portals or gateways between the material and subtle worlds, Generally though, a Solar eclipse signifies a closure, a completion… where something disappears or ends, to allow for something new to enter.

Completion 9 9 9

There’s a strong theme of  completion and closure with this one, being at 9 degrees Virgo, in the 9th Month of the year 2016, (which reduces to a 9) making  it a 9 year numerologically.  Although I don’t practice Numerology, a nine year does indicate the  end of a cycle and signals this as a year of completion, surrender and forgiveness.Next year will be a 1 year, when the time will be right to start afresh. That will be a relief for many, as this year its seemed to be rather difficult to get things moving forward… or maybe it’s just me.  That aside, we all get the chance this year to complete and release whatever we need to from the last 9 years.

Completion cycles often come with a sense of aloneness, grief or sadness, as we part ways with things and people who have been important to us.  Even though this can be challenging, it also carries the potential for huge spiritual growth , even if it’s hard to see at the time.

Eclipses work in 19 year cycles, so this one relates to 1st September 1997, when there was an eclipse at the same degree.  It might be useful to take a few moments and cast your mind back to that time and to what was going on for you.

What ended or disappeared from your life?

What new elements or people entered your life in the months after the eclipse?

What loose ends do you need to tie up from that period?

The part of  your birth chart which houses  8 to 10 degrees Virgo  indicates the area of your life where this played out and which is likely to repeat in some way now. If you have planets or points at those degrees of Virgo or in any of the other mutable signs, (Sagittarius, Pisces or Gemini) you’re likely to feel the effects more strongly than if you don’t.

In my case, 9 degrees Virgo sits at the apex of my chart and in September 1997 EVERYTHING changed for me…. And I mean everything. … so its going to be interesting to see how this one plays out!

Saturn/ Mars and Neptune are caught up in the Ring of Fire

I’m placing more importance on this eclipse than I normally do, due to it triggering the Saturn/Mars/ Neptune square which I wrote about here.

And  don’t forget  Mercury Retrograde

Last, but certainly not least, this eclipse coincides with Mercury (the eclipse’s ruler) turning retrograde until 21st/22nd September (don’t delay in backing up ALL your data and  double check your travel bookings!) .

So, what do we do with it?

I see this as an opportunity to look back (Mercury retrograde) and reflect on the last 9 or 19 years – where we have shifted and where we haven’t;  where we’ve grown and where we haven’t;  where we’ve broken promises or vows to ourselves or others; how our relationship is with our bodies; where we are overly perfectionistic or pedantic, to the point of  stalling activity completely and what we need to fully and finally let go of, in order to move forward in our lives.

This is a really powerful time to release and let go, so that we can be cleared for a re-boot.

  • Close your eyes
  • Picture a ring of fire
  • Ask yourself what you really,  really, really want to let go of?
  • Put it into the ring of fire and let it burn baby!

If you’re feeling that something is changing in your life, but you’re unsure about how to move forward or how to navigate it, it’s highly likely that your chart is being triggered in some way. I’d be more than happy to do a mini reading over Skype to help you shed some light on it.

9 THINGS TO DO ON THIS TRIPLE 9 ECLIPSE

  1. Re-visit September 1997, what was going on for you then and how it connects to where you find yourself today.
  2. Connect with what or who you really need to let go of and release.
  3. Write it down, paint it, sculpt it, dance it, sing it, make some nature art
  4. Do some kind for ritual where you release it – eg burn the paper you have written or painted on,and blow away the ashes.
  5. Go through papers and photographs and burn  or throw out what you don’t want to keep.
  6. Clear out a cupboard or two – get rid of whatever you haven’t used or worn in 2 years. Remember, this is symbolic. By doing this, you are notifying the Universe that you have space for the new and are not holding onto the old out of fear.
  7. Make amends – write a letter to anyone you’ feel you may have wronged. If you aren’t able  to send it that’s ok – writing it will help clear your path.
  8. Really release anybody you might be holding onto who has physically departed from your life
  9. Commit to doing one thing towards a healthier, fitter, happier you – every day for the next 21 days.
